The government of St Kitts and Nevis has extended the limited-time offer on its citizenship by investment program. The offer, which is basically a discount to the minimum investment amount to the Sustainable Growth Fund, has been prolonged until 31 January 2024 due to massive demand. Under this offer, the main applicant can make a minimum investment of $125,000 to the Fund which is $25,000 less than the minimum investment required under the usual conditions.

Additionally, the limited-time offer includes a fast-track approval option of 60 days. Outside of this offer, obtaining approval in 60 days comes with an additional cost of $25,000, as the usual process takes 3-4 months.

Investing through the Sustainable Growth Fund is the quickest and easiest route to citizenship of Saint Kitts and Nevis. Costs under the limited-time offer are:

  • Single applicant – $125,000
  • Main applicant and a spouse – $150,000
  • Main applicant, spouse, and two dependants – $170,000
  • Each additional dependant under 18 – $10,000
  • Each additional dependant over 18 – $25,000

Starting from February 1, 2024, the prices will rise again, and the application approval will take up to 90 days. However, there will be an option to obtain faster approval for an additional cost of $25,000.

In his announcement of the extension, Michael Martin, the Head of the Citizenship by Investment Unit of St. Kitts and Nevis, highlighted that the introduction of the limited-time offer in January 2023 has significantly strengthened the program and resulted in a surge in demand for citizenship of St. Kitts and Nevis.

Undoubtedly, this offer presents the optimal opportunity to apply for St. Kitts & Nevis citizenship through the Sustainable Growth Fund. Although the contribution is non-refundable, it remains the most straightforward and cost-effective pathway to attaining citizenship. If you have contemplated obtaining St. Kitts & Nevis citizenship through the Fund investment, do not delay your decision any further and take the necessary steps to acquire dual citizenship this year.

The citizenship status of St. Kitts and Nevis has no expiration date. The state issues passports valid for 10 years, with an automatic renewal for an additional 10 years.
